General information only

The articles, guides and service pages on this site are general information. They describe common plumbing problems and how they are usually handled. They are not a substitute for a licensed plumber's assessment of your property.

Every home differs. Never rely on the site alone for a decision about gas, electrical work, sewer lines or a valve that won't close. If you are unsure, call and have a licensed plumber look at it.

Phone-only service

Service is arranged by phone through the 24/7 line. The site does not take bookings, quote requests or payments. Email contact@proplumbingmillcreek.com is for general questions, not for service requests or emergencies.

Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes.

Prices

Prices are confirmed on the call or by the plumber before work starts. Any figure given is for the job as described and assessed. If the plumber finds a different condition once the work begins, the scope and price may change, and you will be told before any added work goes ahead.

Availability and scheduling

The line is staffed 24/7, but availability varies. Same-day appointments are offered when available. We do not promise an arrival time, and weather, traffic, parts supply and the number of urgent calls can all change a schedule.

You agree to give accurate information about the address and the problem, and to make sure a responsible adult can give access to the property.

Licensed work

Limitation of liability
