Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information we receive when you call Mill Creek Pro Plumbing and how we use it. Last updated in 2026.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to this website and to calls made to the 24/7 plumbing line listed on it. The business address is 15418 Main Street, Mill Creek, WA 98012. By using the site or calling the line, you accept the practices described here.
What we receive when you call
This is a call-only service. When you phone the 24/7 line, we receive your phone number as it appears on the call. We also receive the details you choose to give, such as your name, the address where service is needed, and a description of the plumbing problem.
You decide what to tell us. Without an address and a description of the problem, we can't send a plumber, but you are never required to share more than the job needs.
How we use that information
- To understand the problem and give safety advice during the call.
- To dispatch licensed plumbers to the correct address.
- To call you back about the visit, the price or a change of schedule.
- To follow up after the job and to answer questions about it.
- To keep our records of calls and jobs accurate.
Call recording
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
If you do not want a call recorded, tell the dispatcher at the start of the call and ask what options are available.
No forms on this site
This website does not run contact forms, booking forms or quote forms. We do not ask you to type your name, address or payment details into the site. Requests for service are made by phone only.
Technical logs
Like most websites, the servers that deliver this site keep basic technical logs. These can include the pages requested, the date and time of a visit, and technical details about the device and browser. Those logs are used to keep the site running and to find technical problems.
Sharing information
We share the details of a service request with the plumbers and dispatch staff who need them to carry out the job. We may also disclose information where the law requires it or to protect safety.
Keeping information and your choices
We keep call and job records for as long as we reasonably need them for service, follow-up and recordkeeping. If you have questions about your information, or want to ask what we hold about a call you made, ask the dispatcher when you call or write to contact@proplumbingmillcreek.com.
Please do not email emergency requests. If water is running, a drain is backing up or you smell gas, follow the safety steps on our contact page and call.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The year shown at the top tells you when it was last revised. Continued use of the site or the phone line after a change means you accept the updated policy.
Questions about your information?
Ask the dispatcher on the 24/7 line, or write to contact@proplumbingmillcreek.com.
